Personal Data Processing regulates the processing and use of provided personal data by OÜ Rassa Rõõm (further referred to as Rassa Rõõm) on webpage https://www.kaidikarilaid.com (further referred to as webpage).

 

Rassa Rõõm is the controller of personal data and the company provides payment related personal data to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS, shall it be required for implementing payment operations on webpage. 

DEFINITIONS

Processing of personal data is any activity that involves the personal data of the webpage user (further referred to as user) – gathering, processing, saving, correcting or deleting of data.

Users are all persons who visit the webpage, use the services provided, buy the products or provide Rassa Rõõminformation. For example reading articles, ordering services or contacting Rassa Rõõm by email.  

Services are all products and services, paid or free of charge, provided by Rassa Rõõm, including e-books and audio files.  

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

When using web page, the user agrees to processing of their personal data in accordance with current privacy terms. 

The following user data is gathered in given ways:

  • User’s email address – when the user subscribes to mailing list or sends an email.
  • User’s name, phone number and email address – when the user registers to a class. 

Rassa Rõõm also uses Google Forms as the form of registering to the classes and the current Personal Data Processing also applies to all data collected through these forms. 

Most of the events are video and MP3 recorded and the recordings will be sent to the email of the buyer.

THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Rassa Rõõm uses personal data:

  • For providing services to the user, for example for concluding and implementing contracts, communicating with the user, transmitting invoices;
  • Sending announcements of newly released articles, services and campaigns.  

Rassa Rõõm uses web page visiting statistics for improving web page user experience and more effective marketing activities. 

The User can deny the processing of their personal data at any time, unless such processing is necessary for performing any contractual requirements, including providing services. 

STORING AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

Rassa Rõõm stores the personal data for as long as needed for implementing the purpose or required by law. For example, the addresses in the mailing list are stored until the user wishes to unsubscribe,

Rassa Rõõm implements all reasonable measures to protect the processed personal data. Only authorized persons have access to change and process personal data and all data is processed as confidential information. 

RIGHTS OF THE USER:

The user is at all times entitled to:

  • Require access to their personal data;
  • Require correcting, supplementing or deleting of personal data on terms provided by law;
  • Require the limiting of personal data processing;
  • Require transmission of personal data.

In order to use these rights, the user has to send a written request accordingly to info@kaidikarilaid.com.

If the user is subscribed to Rassa Rõõm’ mailing list, they are entitled to ask for their data to be deleted from the mailing list and disclaim further content by using the unsubscribing link at the end of the email or by sending a written request accordingly to info@kaidikarilaid.com. 

To limit the use of cookies, the user can choose the cookie preferences under the browser settings accordingly. 

If the User feels that their rights have been violated during personal data processing, they are entitled to turn to Data Protection Inspectorate.

CHANGES IN TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Rassa Rõõm remains the right to make changes to privacy terms unilaterally and without prior notice, in order to insure the compliance with the law,

REGISTERING TO ACCESS CONSCIOUSNESS CLASSES AND MAILING LIST
